Arc-tooth type link connectors are used to join mining round-link chains in vertical or horizontal configurations and can also be employed on scraper conveyors and coal plows. The selection of special materials and tight dimensional tolerances ensure that these connectors are not only easy to install but also deliver performance that exceeds the requirements of the MT/T 99–1997 standard.

Assembly and Maintenance

+ Ensure the mounting surface is clean and verify that the chain links are securely fastened with pins.
+ Suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation
+Ensure bolted fastening
+ Inspect every three months or after completing 1 million tonnes of coal transportation (if used for a reloader, inspect monthly).
