The link-type (pin) connecting link is specifically designed for joining round-link chains and compact chains. Its forged components are manufactured from high-quality, high-alloy steel, and through meticulous material selection and a specialized heat-treatment process, its mechanical properties significantly exceed the requirements of DIN 22258 Part 2. This type of connecting link is intended for horizontal installation only and is engineered in accordance with industry standards to ensure perfect meshing between the chain and sprocket.

The link-lock (detent-block) connecting link is intended for horizontal use only, offers excellent compatibility with sprockets, ensures safe operation, and significantly extends the service life of the connecting link.

Assembly and Maintenance

+ Ensure the installation surface is clean and verify that the chain link retaining clip is installed in the correct orientation.
+Only suitable for horizontal installation and use
+Ensure bolted fastening
+ Inspect every three months or after completing 1 million tonnes of coal transportation (if used for a reloader, inspect monthly).
