Product Introduction

The vertical link connector for mining chains is specifically designed to join round-link chains and compact chains. The forged components are manufactured from high-quality, high-alloy steel and undergo precision machining on a CNC machining center followed by a proprietary heat-treatment process, resulting in exceptional tensile strength and fatigue life that significantly exceed the requirements of DIN 22258 Part 3. This type of link connector is intended for vertical installation only and is engineered in accordance with industry standards to ensure perfect meshing between the chain and sprocket.

The link connector is intended for horizontal use only and offers excellent compatibility with sprockets. By employing a non-contact connection method, it effectively prevents damage to the sprocket caused by direct contact with the connector, thereby significantly extending the service life of the link connector.

Assembly and Maintenance

+ Ensure the mounting surface is clean and observe the correct installation direction indicated by the arrow on the working face above the link.

+Only suitable for vertical surface installation

+ Ensure that both elastic pins are fully inserted.

+ Regular inspection and replacement of elastic pins

+ Inspect once every three months or after handling 1 million metric tons of coal (if used with a reloader, inspect monthly).
